Suggested changes for vC10.1

   A ProClass spreadsheet detailing suggested changes for the next release (vC10.1) may now be downloaded HERE.  

CIL expect this version to be released in early 2010, in the meantime any feedback on these proposals is very welcome.

	I'm not sure of the wisdom of having 'Not elsewhere Classified' categories. These will surely present all the problems of 'miscellaneous' files and make it difficult to identify categories of spend that merit their own separate codes. I will not include them in my local translation of the Pro Class codings.
