I'm currently classifying this under Interpretation and Translation.  Is it a service common enough to merit its own entry?

So far we have not seen enough under this description to merit its own heading.
 
We would classify it under 'Education: Audio Visual'

Pro Class suggests this is for products only, whereas I think of this as services

You are quite right, it currently is, we will change the Clarification Info to read Products & Services. Thanks for the information
