Hi there, due to the current changes of Pro Class we are unable to upgrade our systems to the new coding.  We have a requirement to direct Suppliers to the old 8.2 list so they can make an informed decision as to which category they fall.

We used to simply direct them to your website, but we are no longer able to find any reference to the 8.2 list - can you please advise where this sits or if there is an archived page / document that can be accessed so we can continue to advise our Customers.

Kind regards.

I will speak to Terry about the policy for supporting historical versions when he returns to the office this week.  Can I ask you to clarify why you are unable to upgrade to version 9.1?

%20...%20Shift+R%20improves%20the%20quality%20of%20this%20image.%20CTRL+F5%20reloads%20the%20whole%20page. - Thanks very much for that Jeff, and to answer your previous question, I believe due to the changes to some of the categorisations it is a mapping issue for us.  The historical contracts within the system would need to be amended to represent the new coding and the task is rather a large one.  We would then need to contact all Customers and Suppliers (of which there are hundreds of thousands) and they would need to amend their profiles and review the selection criteria.

I suspect it will be done, I just think we need to understand the complexity and resource requirement before we make the decision.  We have over 130 systems that need to be changed so as you can imagine an immense task.

Actually, whilst on the subject, moving forward do you think there will be anymore splitting and changing of categories or will you simply add categories?  If the later was the case the upgrade each time would be relatively simple.

Thanks for your time and support once again. %20...%20Shift+R%20improves%20the%20quality%20of%20this%20image.%20CTRL+F5%20reloads%20the%20whole%20page.

We are not expecting to make any major alterations to the heading structure; future changes are likely to be minor additions requested by this user group.
